ACSRemote is a technology that allows ACS to take over your computer in a safe and secure method. We can then troubleshoot and resolve many problems without having to have the computer in from of us. It requires a high speed connection on your end, and a computer that is able to boot up and login properly. It is safe because you need to initiate the connection; we cannot connect without you starting the program first.
